Smiley Diary let's you rate your feelings each day on a 5 graded scale with a smiley, ranging from "awesome" to "terrible" with a "meh" in the middle. If you want you may also leave a short note so you can recall if something special happened that day.
In the History view you can see a graph with your ratings over time and perhaps you'll find a pattern?
The data is only stored on your device, so you don't have to worry about us collecting sensitive information.
